Refund policy

At REMĒA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@remeasleep.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Products returned after the 30-day window has passed are not eligible for a refund.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy outlined above.
