REMĒA ships worldwide. We want your order to arrive quickly and safely, so here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. REMĒA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather events.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. REMĒA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. REMĒA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
